Michael Robinson
President and Co-Owner of Greater Coastal Management
Michael Robinson founded Greater Coastal Management with Laura Van Dyck in 1997. Robinson is an experienced professional who has been a real estate developer for over 35 years and a tax credit developer for more than 30 years. Throughout his career, he has developed multi-family, single-family, and commercial properties. Robinson is also a proud graduate of the University of Texas.
Laura Van Dyck, HCCP, NCP, Realtor Broker
Vice President of Operations/Co-Owner of Greater Coastal Management
Laura Van Dyck founded Greater Coastal Management with Michael Robinson in 1997. For over 30 years, Van Dyck has been in property management developing, constructing, and managing conventional and tax credit properties. Van Dyck is a licensed Real Estate Broker with an extensive track record and several accreditations. In 1998, she earned her HCCP designation and just two years later she received her NCP. She has experience in tax credit and bond compliance as well.
Brenda Anderson, HCCP, NCP, Realtor
Director of Operations
Brenda Anderson joined the Greater Coastal Management team in 1999 and has over 23 years of experience in the multi-family management industry. Anderson received her HCCP and NCP in 1999 and continues to value education. She not only educates herself but our staff as well, through ongoing training to ensure we are aware of the ongoing changes in the affordable housing industry. Today, she specializes in executing, training, and supervising policies and procedures for the on-site and corporate management teams.
Annell Kasper, HCCP
Regional Supervisor
Annell Kasper has been a part of the Greater Coastal Management team for 15 years and has over 24 years of experience in the multi-family industry. Her extensive experience have allowed her to develop stellar on-site management teams, which have encouraged tenure and employee promotion. On top of 15 years with our team and 24 years of in the industry, Kasper has 15 years of experience for tax credit, bonds, and other government-funded programs. As regional supervisor, Kasper she has overseen over 12 new construction lease-ups and three acquisitions rehab lease-ups successfully.
Kayla Trammell, HCCP
Compliance Specialist
Kayla Trammel joined the Greater Coastal Management team in 2003 and has been serving as a compliance specialist for five years. Trammel trains, monitors, and reviews programs for over 2600 units across three different states. Along with completing these responsibilities, Trammel monitors every aspect of on-going compliance and trains on site staff as well.
