Our History

Founded by Michael Robinson and Laura Van Dyck in 1997, Greater Coastal Management has been providing luxury, yet affordable housing options for low income families for 23 years. Robinson, as a Houston developer, and Van Dyck as a multi-family supervisor, sought to develop, construct, and manage communities they could be proud of owning. Today, Greater Coastal Management has successfully developed communities in Texas, Arizona, and Alabama.
